 Folder and Gluer( Automatic Bottom Folding Type Folder and Gluer):

Applications and Characters:
Four fold with the bottom folding function, paper feeding department is operated quickly and simply by a single board. Distances between papers are adjusted by the imported stepless adjustor and vibrant engine is set to make the feeding department more stable. It adopts Toshiba stepless frequency converter to adjust the speed and make it run more stable. In pre-folding section, the first fold and the third fold can be exchanged by 180 or 90 and the second fold and the fourth fold 180° folding. The bottom folding section is composed of multifunction mechanism. It adopts the advanced technologies to make it high speed running and it is suitable for making of the bottom folding boxes with different specifications; the pressing section adopts Taiwan technologies and is composed of specially designed components to make the bottom folding boxes to be pressed perfectly. Colour LCD display is available upon request(man-machine interface).
