Folder Gluer Description:

AG series auto-folder gluer consists of feeding unit, gluing &folding unit and counting unit. The whole machine has easy operating features of frequency converter, PLC controlling, data input by touching screen, auto-feeding, auto-folding, auto-counting, auto-stacking. It has adopted Korean technology. The average speed is 80-100PCS/min.

A. Feeding Unit

1) Belt lead-edge feeder with feature of accuracy and stabilization.

2) The advanced electromagnetic clutch and electromagnetic braking system enables feeding units to be operated separately and     easily.

3) Height of pressing roller can be adjusted. The suitable thickness range: 3-8mm.

4) Link-moving with folding unit and frequency converter controlling. Speed of feeding:80-100m/min

5) The doctor board and feeding belt can be adjusted left and right

B Gluing & folding units

1) The frequency conversion motor has advantages of no-noise, flexible, stable

2) The sheet are conveyed and folded by imported hard friction belt

3) The glue applying by stainless steel wheel with feature of glue equality, saving and smoothly.

4) The folding unit adopts sheet and scoring rectification device.

5) Advanced subtense device, servo motor driving ,PLC controlling and owning patent right

C Counting Unit

1) Adopting PLC and touching screen machine has advantage of easy and accurate operating, inputting data without stop, auto-counting and accurate output.

2) The belt conveying box make them in order with stacking speed: 120m/min..

3) Flapping box can rectify deviation. Windage becomes smaller.

4) Pneumatically pushing out and counting controlled by PLC with fast and accurate feature.

5) Outputting unit adopts pressing way: lower of conveying belt and upper pressing belt. The finished box has been cemented tightly and tidily.
