A,Paper Feeding, Gluing & Folding

1.      Adopt frontal belt suction paper feeding, exact and reliable;

2.      Use High-rank electromagnetic clutch and brake system for separately controlled and easy operation;

3.      Height of line-press wheels are adjustable, suitable for thickness of 2-8mm;

4.      linkage with the folding part; frequency conversion speed adjustment to achieve a speed of 0-120m /min;

5.      Front baffle and conveyor belt can be left-right adjusted

6.      Main drive uses frequency conversion speed adjustment with no noise; speed adjustment is flexible and stable;

7.      Adopting Italy conveyor belt of high friction for automatic delivery and folding;

B.   Automatic strapping equipmen

Full automatic strapping part is made of 3 devices: rollers-driving table board, boxes flapping device and box-pressing tight device. Paper box will be conveyed to the roller-driving table board to turn the pile of boxes at the angle of 90°, and flap device will keep the pile neat and ready for tight pressing and bale up. The strapping pattern can be a line or two parallel lines =.

C.Count and Ejector

1.        PLC control and touch screen, digital control with easy and reliable operation; data input without stopping the machine; photoelectric inspection for automatic counting and precise outputting.
