UV Coating machine - M Series(Manual) features easy, suitable for small format printed paper sheets using UV or water base varnish coating and curing
1. Equipped with UV curing and IR drying device.
2. Digital frequency converter speed control. And independent conveyor driven.
3. Full coverage splash guards to protect from splashing.
4. Used vacuum airbed for maximum hold down the paper sheets on conveying.
5. Two level UV lamp power setting.
6. Easy access UV lamp chamber and replacement.
7. High velocity blower fan for cooling and exhaust.
8. Safety locker on all machine doors and covers.
9. Full coverage protection against UV radiation around the UV lamp chamber.
10. Lower Temperature control on the UV lamp chamber surface.
11. Emergency stop switches at arms length throughout the machine.
Interlocks design prevent against misoperation.
