 This is BOPP film laminating machine, which is mainly designed for the water-base glue,and it is also suitable for the oil glue and the thermal BOPP film,three function in one machine. Firstly coating the water-base glue on the Bopp film,and then drying through the big preheating wheel and meanwhile the automatic paper feeding unit delivery the paper to the laminating unit.(Automatic feeder was equipped the paper length controller).Adopting the press wheel heating and pressing to make the glued BOPP film laminate on the paper. The preheating wheel and press wheel adopts the hot water circulation system to make the heating fast and temperature controlling stable.The laminated paper can be received by a rewinding roll or can be separated into sheet by round knife,or can choose manual cutting or automatic stacker.

Tge following is laminating temperature for water-base glue and the oil glue Water-base glue laminating temperature:

Press wheel temperature: normal paper:85 to 95  

Deeper color paper or thinner paper:about 95

Preheating wheel temperature:normal paper:about 90

Deeper color paper or thinner paper:about 100

Oil glue laminating temperature

Press wheel temperature:80-85
